If you are considering breast augmentation in Tennessee, you may have concerns about how future life events will affect this cosmetic enhancement. For example, if you have kids a few years down the road, will the beautiful new breasts you’ve invested in be transformed along with the rest of your body? According to a new study released by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), there is at least one aspect of pregnancy that you don’t have to worry about.

An ASPS press release states that researchers have found that breastfeeding does not necessarily cause the breasts to sag as previously believed.

“Breast sagging, often experienced after childbirth, results from changes brought about by the pregnancy itself, not breastfeeding,” said study author and plastic surgeon Dr. Norma Cruz. “Breastfeeding does not appear to further cause breasts to sag in women who’ve had breast augmentation.”

Sagging breasts are just one of many frustrating physical effects of pregnancy, but it is in your power to address the changes that diet and exercise just can’t touch.
