Dr. Lett is a veteran of the Army Reserve and finds great personal satisfaction in using his skill and talent as a plastic surgeon to restore quality of life and dignity to those injured during military service.

Dr. Lett is actively involved in community service, and serves on several local boards in the greater Nashville area, including Mt. Juliet and Lebanon.

Dr. Dwayne Lett, a native Tennessean from outside Knoxville, returned to East Tennessee after attending Davidson College in North Carolina. He met his wife, a pediatrician, during medical school at the University of Tennessee’s Memphis campus. Dr. Lett completed his general surgery residency at the University of South Carolina and his plastic surgery residency and fellowship in Chattanooga, before founding The Lett Center.
