“I went from, in my mind, hideous, to not hideous. I did it the summer before going to a new high school. So there were plenty of people who wouldn’t know how hideous I looked before,” she said in an interview with the Saturday Evening Post.
No images have surfaced of Kudrow before her plastic surgery, but it’s clear that the former Phoebe Buffay has no regrets whatsoever about the procedure. In fact, though she didn’t mention this relationship specifically in the interview, it could well be that her new nose gave her the self-esteem boost to pursue a career in such an image-centric industry.
