When considering having plastic surgery, it is always important to remember that more is not necessarily better. Heidi Montag can tell you that first hand. Three years after undergoing ten cosmetic procedures including a revision rhinoplasty, chin reduction, and breast augmentation that bumped her to a size F, the reality star recently went back under the knife to downsize her bust, according to Us Weekly.

In an interview with the magazine, Montag opened up about her decision to reduce her breast size to a more manageable C-cup.

“I couldn’t conceptualize the weight of them in my body,” the 27-year-old told the magazine about her implants. “They felt like bowling balls on my chest.”

Because of the added weight, Montag said that she began to develop back and neck problems in addition to numbness in her arms. After meeting with a plastic surgeon, the television personality decided that the best thing that she could do for her body was to have her implants replaced.

After undergoing the revision plastic surgery on October 4, Montag said that her husband Spencer Pratt was constantly at her side during her recovery. Starting over has been hard, she told the source, but she is well on her way to return to the positive and confident person than she was before her original breast surgery.
