As a native Tennessean, Dr. Lett was born and raised outside Knoxville, TN. He returned to East Tennessee after attending school at Davidson College in North Carolina. Upon his return, Dr. Lett met his wife, who is a pediatrician, in medical school at The University Of Tennessee’s Memphis campus. Dr. Lett started as a general surgeon where he did his residency with his wife at the University of South Carolina. He and his wife both returned to Tennessee once again where he completed his plastic surgery residency and fellowship in Chattanooga.
Dr. Lett currently lives in Lebanon with his wife Donna and his daughter Madeline. He enjoys a healthy lifestyle and believes in total wellness. He enjoys jogging and outdoor activities such as hiking or skiing. But his greatest enjoyment is being a husband, to his wife who is also a surgeon, and a father. Dr. Lett is a veteran of the Army Reserve and finds great personal satisfaction in using his skill and talent as a plastic surgeon to restore quality of life and dignity to those injured during military service. Dr. Lett is actively involved in community service, and serves on several local boards in the greater Nashville area, including Mt. Juliet and Lebanon.
