Details Magazine recently reported on a University of Texas study demonstrating that attractive people are more likely to be hired, get promoted sooner and earn an average of 3 to 4 percent more than their mediocre-looking or unattractive workplace counterparts.

The American Society of Plastic Surgeons reports that the two most popular cosmetic surgery procedures among men in 2013 were nose reshaping, with 57,391 total procedures, and eyelid surgery, with 30,398 total procedures. More than 23,500 American men chose to get liposuction last year.
Non-surgical cosmetic procedures are also becoming more common among men. The number of male patients seeking Botox or Dysport increased an astonishing 310 percent between 2000 and 2013.
