Channing Tatum’s wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum is opening up about her struggle to get her pre-baby body back, saying the process has been extremely difficult. Dewan-Tatum is mom to 18-month-old girl Everly. She tells People Magazine that she’s spent the last year-and-a-half logging time at the gym.

“I work out with Jen Johnson, this trainer that I’ve worked out with forever who does a dance-based training,” Dewan-Tatum told the source. “It’s awesome. It’s so hard. Everyone I brought to it says it’s the hardest workout they’ve ever done.”

The actress and dancer, who follows a vegan diet, says she also burns plenty of calories chasing after the energetic Everly.

Of course, not everyone is blessed with Dewan-Tatum’s body, diet and exercise notwithstanding. If you have recently had a baby in the Nashville area, consider investing in a “Mommy Makeover” at The Lett Center, so that you can get back to looking and feeling your best. Here are some procedures that many new mothers love:

  • Breast enhancement: Whether you choose to have a lift, augmentation or reduction, breast enhancement surgery can restore your figure.
  • Liposuction: After you have a baby, your body changes. Even if you have reached your pre-baby weight, you may notice that your figure looks different than it did before. Liposuction can help target fatty deposits that are difficult or impossible to get rid of through diet and fitness alone.
  • Tummy tuck: If you find yourself struggling with fat and/or loose skin in your tummy, abdominoplasty might be right for you. Also known as a tummy tuck, this procedure removes excess tissue from the stomach, tightening up the area for a trimmer appearance. Board certified plastic surgeon Dwayne Lett, M.D., can also realign abdominal muscles that come loose during pregnancy, resulting in a more flattering appearance.
