Kardashian arrived in Paris last week to accompany Kanye West, who is currently in the midst of a European tour. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, the two made an appearance at the Givenchy show during Paris Fashion Week. Kardashian, her newly blonde locks on show, sported a figure hugging black dress with a daring side slit and a shear overlay covering her décolletage.
The show-stopping ensemble has inevitably sparked rumors that Kardashian engaged in a quick nip and tuck while overseas. The source claims that Kardashian was spotted in Paris earlier in the week, but was completely covered up before the cameras. Some have speculated that the new mother may have undergone a quick bit of liposuction to help smooth away the fatty deposits that so many women must contend with post-pregnancy.
